Refund and cancellation expectations

This page explains the difference between a free inquiry and a confirmed travel arrangement with agreed payment terms.

Before a booking is confirmed

There is no refund issue for a general website inquiry because inquiries are not paid bookings. Any payment terms are shared during the planning process before a trip is confirmed.

Confirmed trip services

For confirmed trips, cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreed itinerary, travel dates, supplier rules, ticketing deadlines, hotel policies, and any non-refundable services included in the proposal.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed trip, contact us as early as possible. We will explain which parts can be adjusted, which costs are recoverable, and which supplier charges may already be locked.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment path where possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider and banking route.
